During November in the lead up to St Andrew’s day on 30 November, the OTB’s social media channels are championing and thanking Scotland’s organic farmers and producers in partnership with SOPA (the Scottish Organic Producers Association), by showcasing the range of produce being grown, nurtured and created within the #OrganicScotland community.

This week, we have a podcast featuring Debs from SOPA and farmer Phil Swire, who is converting his farm to organic. Have a listen to the story of why he decided to convert to organic and how farmers become so passionate about all that organic farming represents. Click on the image to listen.

See our Organic UK instagram account for posts including a recipe using Connage Highland Dairy cheese, see here.

We are also sharing posts on twitter in the lead up to St Andrew’s day on 30 November when our Instagram account will turn purple to celebrate #OrganicScotland.
