GOLDEN VIRGIN® Organic joins the OTB

The OTB is delighted to welcome a new organic brand and company sourcing organic products from Greece.

GOLDEN VIRGIN® organic is a family-run company that offers organic and natural food products that are made with passion, love, traditional craft methods, produced in a way works in harmony with nature and the environment.

GOLDEN VIRGIN® organic as a business is focussed on quality, flavour, nutritional quality and provenance.

The founders

In 2019 Andrew (an electrical engineer) and Asimina (a nurse) parents to 2 children, decided to establish GOLDEN VIRGIN® organic, offering 100% organic, natural, ethical & sustainable, unique healthy food products with the vision and hope to create a better tomorrow for their children and for all of us.

Andrew and Asimina want to change way you see the world, tasting your favourite organic food encapsulating the freshness for you and your loved ones. The business is founded on a core belief: “everyone should have access to quality organic foods to eat well & healthy”.

HISTORY:

The OLIVE GROVES family farm is located in Kalamata, Greece. Andrew’s grandparents are 4th generation growers. In Greek families it is usual for people to have their own olive groves which is used for family consumption. GOLDEN VIRGIN® organic cooperate with many farmers all around Greece.

Andrew and Asimina have committed to this 100% traceability because it illustrates the short and transparent supply chain that customers trust. They know the full journey of products, so are sure of its organic status and that it is made in a natural way, protecting nature and that it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They also only use fruit-based sugars rather than refined sugar in their products.
