Over on the OTB’s Website, we have just published an article by journalist, Lizzie Rivera, who poses the question – what does dignity in food mean to you?

Do we have dignity in the current UK food system and if now how do we attain it.


In the report Lizzie interviews organic Farmer, John Pawsey, Abby Rose from Farmerarma Radio, Fiona Edge at organic Welsh dairy co-operative and Leah Penniman from Soul Fire Farm.

Explores the question at at time when consumers have reported valuing food more, connecting with nature more, will these attitudes result in a change in purchasing habits.
